02 Residents Registration

The information of the residents can be recorded in the system and integrated into the entrance and exit systems. You will no longer see vehicles that are not allowed in your parking lot and that do not belong to residents. Also, subscription tracking can be matched with this record and subscription tracking can be activated from the same screen.

03 System Checklists and Reporting

Our active field services are very pleasant and practical. You can take actions such as maintenance-repair applications and calendaring with our technical staff nearby to prevent all system failures that negatively affect the comfort of your living area. Technical staff visits to be scheduled with you will be made one day every week, and each report will be published in areas specific to you for review. If you wish, you can share these reports with the residents of the site and provide them with information about the technical operation. 04 Request for Failure

Technical problems disappear with Mercens. You can send us all technical problems (construction-electrical-electronic-mechanical-sanitary) of the building or structures you manage, if you want a form or search option and leave the whole process to MERCENS Technical Staff. We immediately inform the reason for the malfunction, the status of the intervention and the price, and we will fix the problem after we receive your confirmation.
